What do we do?

We offer an innovative solution to rehabilitate existing pipes to an as new condition by applying our 2 part solvent free polyurethane resin to form a semi structural pipe enhancement. Extending pipe life of up to 50 YEARS! Our methods eliminate the need to lay a new pipe in the traditional way, which in turn saves significant amounts on money when we reduce the need for excessive ground restorations. We can work on any type of pipeline and get a first class finish every time!
 

will the spray lining block my service connection?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We can reline directly past all service connections without any fear of blockage or interruption, giving us no reason to send down a lateral cutter to cut blocked services. Hence why we can substantially reduce necessary excavations to undertake the relining and have you back to service so promptly.
 

is this material tested and safe for my family?

The product we use is solvent free, non toxic and 100% safe. Along with NSF approval, It also has a AS/NZS4020:2018 approval, which is the most stringent kind of testing available and the product has successfully exceeded the standards.
 

how is the material applied?

Our rig is designed to apply the material in a spin cast application. The material sits in 2 holding tanks on board the rig and is cycled and heated until it reaches the optimum temperature, once this is achieved, we send the spray head to the furthest excavation and begin the process by spinning our spray head with compressed air. Once the material reaches the end, it goes through a mixing head into a mixing hose before reaching the spray head. It is then applied in the programmed thickness via the computer on board.
 

how do you ensure you get the correct thickness?

Our rig is equipped with state of the art software. Once we have done our correct weight checks and entered this data into the rig, it will verify that we are within a + or - of a 5% range. The rig will not let us proceed if the calculations are incorrect. The software in our machine is designed to monitor and control the whole process, recording hypercritical parameters several times per minute to ensure the relining is carried out correctly every time.

how do you STERILISE the water main once you have completed works?

Once we have completed the lining and a final CCTV inspection of the main, we then bring in our new innovative pipe disinfection unit “STERI - KLENSE” this is a similar application to the spray rig. we feed the line through the pipe and slowly return the spray head to the rig whilst spraying a chlorinated water vapour/mist that gives the pipe complete saturation and offers complete chlorination. We also carry out routine checks on the chlorine levels whilst this is underway to ensure that the correct levels are achieved. This method of disinfection uses 95% less water and time than traditional methods. In a time where our water is a such a precious resource, we think our method is a superior way of saving water and achieving a better result.
