REsiline 320 (SIPP)

Resiline 320 is a rapid curing 2-part polyurea designed specifically for the semi structural enhancement of potable water mains. Resiline is a 3rd generation SIPP (spray in place pipe) product that has been developed off the back of previous products to create the latest and industry leading material. It provides significant increases in multiple properties to perform up to 37% better than other SIPP products available on the market. An aliphatic material using novel filler technology to reduce water absorption during its service life.

Resiline 320 holds AS/NZS4020:2018 approval, is listed with the Western Australia Dept of Health as an approved product for use in contact with potable water and has undergone additional stringent testing at the request of a utility client that went above and beyond AS/NZS4020:2018 which it successfully passed internal approvals to be certified for use on their water networks.

Primus line (FFRP)

Primus Line is a Flexible Fabric Reinforced Pipe, a multi layer composite liner with Kevlar® reinforcement capable of navigating multiple 90° bends and long continuous piece installs of over 1000m at a time. Primus line is a “loose fit” semi structural liner designed to take 100% of the operating pressure, by installing the liner loose fit, it can act completely independent of the host pipe and stops further deterioration by no longer transferring loads to the existing pipeline.

Primus Line is AS/NZS4020:2018 approved for use in contact with potable water and also suitable for the rehabilitation of pressurised wastewater mains.

UV Cured GRP (cipp)

Using UV Cured GRP liners we can provide Class IV fully structural liners for both pressure and gravity mains in the water and wastewater sector.

Providing 100-year design life in gravity applications and 50-year design in pressure applications, we can provide AS/NZS4020:2018 approved liners for use in contact with potable water or wastewater applications in both gravity and rising main applications.
